Hi! I'm an illustrator based in Cape Town, South Africa.
After graduating with a Masters in Fine Art Printmaking I leapt into freelance illustration. I've worked for all the major South African educational publishers, designed book covers, and written (and illustrated) a graphic novel, as well as dabbling in stop-motion and animation.
Starting in the days of pen and ink and photocopying reference images at the library, I now work digitally. Despite this, all my work still starts with pencil and paper, and my sketchbooks are my biggest source of inspiration.
My debut picturebook will be published by Imagnary House in 2025.
